27 PinocchioGlossaryflame: the bright, hot part of a fire.to rub: to press and move something back and forth on another surface.Together, Pinocchio and Geppetto gathers the wood, seaweed, and ropes. Pinocchio takes two small rocks and rubs them together. A tiny flameappears. Pinocchio and Geppetto blows on the fire gently, and soon, it grows bigger. The smoke starts to rise and makes the whale sneeze. The whale blows Pinocchio and Geppetto out of its mouth! They fly high into the air and lands back in the sea. They swim toward the shore.Geppetto smiles at his son. %u201cYou saved us, Pinocchio. You are so brave!%u201dPinocchio smiles back. %u201cI have learned my lesson, Father. I will always do the right thing!%u201d
