Some parts do not receive rain or snow for almost two million years. Most of the world%u2019s fresh water stays in the ice of Antarctica.What makes Antarctica so interesting? Huge glaciers cover the land. The snow and ice shine in the sunlight. So, everything looks magical. In summer, the sun stays up all the time, so it is always light. In winter, it is dark all the time.Antarctica is home to some special animals. Here, you can see many types of penguins. There are also seals, whales, and different kinds of birds.
